Ponorogo has realized that the creative economy and its parts, namely the creative industry, can be hopes to rise, compete, and gain excellence in the ASEAN and global economies. The book is entitled Batik Reyog: Potential of Creative Industries in Ponorogo because reyog culture and its derivatives such as Batik Reyog can be a pillar of economic development for Indonesia, where it needs the support of all Ponorogo residents in synergy to make a "leap" with a focus on creating goods and services coupled with expertise, talents and creativity and intellectual property. Collaboration also played a role in the development of 15 creative industry groups that had several significant challenges. Hopefully, this reference book can be additional knowledge about the concept of the creative economy and also support for textbooks and textbooks as well as student or practitioner research related to the creative economy.
